Scaling an org
I was hired to help unify builders across the ServiceNow platform. What started out as a small tiger team bloomed into a new design org called DevX. With the help of wonderful executive leadership, I was given the opportunity to bring disparate teams together into this new org and form a charter to go further than just builders.
Org highlights
- ServiceNow Studio - The unification of development tools into a single pane of glass. Now the fastest growing dev tool ever at ServiceNow growing at 30% active users per month.
- Builder Agent - Flagship AI development tool bringing ServiceNow into the forefront of intelligent development.
- Innovation across the entire SDLC - The DevX org now leads design across more than 10 different product groups, 20 different distinct products, and an untold number of PMs, engineers, and XFN partners.
