Developed from JTBD & the Full Problem Perspective

Define is inspired by the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework and a distilled pattern called the Full Problem Perspective. For each stakeholder, outline:

• Stakeholder — Who is affected? Give a short description so the team pictures the same person.
• Job To Be Done — What outcome are they trying to achieve (independent of any solution)? Phrase it as a goal.
• Obstacle — What blocks progress today? Technical, process, knowledge, policy—be specific.
• Hypothesis — Your proposed way to overcome the obstacle. Keep it testable and scoped.
• Metrics — Signals that would show the hypothesis worked (leading + lagging indicators).

How to use this app
